THE CURATION (INGREDIENTS)
6 Servings
1 cup strawberries – sliced
1 orange – sliced
1 lemon – sliced
1/2 cup fresh peaches – pitted and thinly sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
10 fresh mint leaves
edible flowers
750ml dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio) – chilled
1/3 cup elderflower liqueur
1/4 Cointreau
12 ounce can lemon-lime soda (Sprite, 7Up) – chilled
ice cubes
THE PROCESS (INSTRUCTIONS)
- Make sure all the fruit is washed and thinly sliced. Add the sliced fruit and mint leaves to a large pitcher.
- Add the dry white wine, elderflower liqueur and Cointreau over the top of the fruit. Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and gently stir it all together.
- Let the flavors infuse for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Fill wine glasses with ice and a couple of edible flowers. Pour the Sangria into the wine glasses, including some of the fruit and mint leaves.
- Enjoy!

- Try adding floral ice cubes to make this drink look even more pretty.
